Our client, who has a stunning 8 bedroomed B & B plus a 40-seater restaurant are offering a fantastic rate of pay as well as tips and staff discount Working 5 days with 2 off with a mixture of split and straight shifts. Within this role you will also receive in-house benefits such as training and meals on duty.
The Package for Front of House
£10.50 per hour
Share of the tips.
2 days off per week
5 days off together every 3 weeks
40-45 hour week.
Flexible shift pattern.
2 months off per annum.
Requirements for Front of House
Previous experience in a similar role.
You are ambitious and would like to see yourself climbing the ladder within the company.
Excellent personal presentation.
A calm temperament in work and life.
Strong work ethic as well as timekeeping.
Comfortable in dealing with evolving situations.
Competent in dealing with online booking systems.
Capable in dealing with the demands of a busy business.
What is involved as Front of House
As Front of House, you will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day running of the B & B, ensuring you always have a welcoming and friendly manner. Furthermore you’ll be responsible of the bookings for the B & B and restaurant, including ordering and stocking. You will have the support from senior staff to complete your responsibilities as well as working closely with the back of house team to maintain the high level of service provided.
