About the Role
Office Administrator
South Molton | Full‑Time | Permanent
Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
The Opportunity
A well‑established, successful family‑run manufacturing business in South Molton is looking to welcome a new Office Administrator to its friendly and supportive team.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Administrator, Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.

The Role
As Office Administrator, you will play a key part in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and act as a central point of communication across several departments.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing incoming and outgoing email correspondence Handling telephone calls professionally and confidently Processing customer orders and related documentation Liaising with the production team to ensure orders run smoothly Providing administrative support to sales, marketing, and purchasing Assisting with general office administration to keep things organised
This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same.
About You
This role would suit:
A college leaver with an administration‑based qualification, or Someone with previous office administration experience who is looking for a stable, long‑term position
You will ideally have:
A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills Good attention to detail and organisational ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong literacy and numeracy skills
Full training will be provided, and the company is committed to supporting the successful candidate as they grow in the role.
