👨🍳 Experience: Solid all-round kitchen experience, ready to support Head Chef
🎯 Skills: Reliable, team-focused, confident in leading sections
💼 Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 per annum, depending on experience and venue
🌟 You love: Fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality execution
📅 Shifts: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Sous Chef
👨🍳 Experience: Experienced all-round Sous Chef, able to lead and support the brigade
🎯 Skills: Strong leadership, excellent organisation, able to maintain standards under pressure
💼 Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and package
🌟 You love: Maintaining high standards, mentoring team members, and delivering outstanding dishes
📅 Shifts: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
