Job Role: Business Development Advisor
Location: Barnstaple 
Type of Role: Permanent 
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30
Salary: £25-£28k Basic per annum with excellent commission opportunities up to and beyond £1k per month   OTE£40k per annum 
Training: Full training will be given and further opportunities to gain qualifications

Business Development Advisor -  The Job Role
Engaging with clients that have reached out via various marketing channels 
You will be talking to clients about their situation 
Discussing options 
Giving clients choices 
Preparing solutions and a detailed plan
Converting into Sales

Strong Communicator 
Customer Service/Sales Experience 
Able to build trust and rapport 
The ability to solve problems 
Good attention to detail 
Empathetic and patient 
IT Literate
