About the Role

Night Porter – Live-In Available (Bideford)

£12.50 per hour | Thursday–Sunday Nights

Are you a night owl from a hospitality or catering background looking for a role away from the heat of the kitchen? We’re recruiting a dependable Night Porter to join a well-run hospitality venue in Bideford.

This role would suit someone from a catering or hospitality environment who is used to responsibility, working independently and maintaining high standards.

The Role:

Working Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Overseeing the safety and security of the venue overnight

Carrying out light cleaning and basic preparation/set-up for the following day

Supporting late guest arrivals and handling overnight queries

Maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times

What’s on Offer:

£12.50 per hour

Live-in accommodation available

Consistent night shifts – ideal if you prefer evenings and nights

A quieter role compared to daytime catering shifts

The Ideal Candidate:

Background in catering, hospitality or similar environments

Comfortable working nights and alone

Reliable, trustworthy and proactive

Good attention to detail and pride in presentation

Previous night porter experience helpful but not essential
