Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen. This pivotal role requires someone who combines exceptional culinary skill with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage the kitchen as if it were their own. You will play a central role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and service.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, build, and manage a talented kitchen team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences
• Oversee menu development, ensuring creativity, variety, and seasonal relevance
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and cost control
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for events and special occasions
• Foster a positive, professional, and motivating work environment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or resort setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification is a plus
