Chef de Partie responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes with guidance from senior chefs
• Maintain your station and kitchen equipment to high hygiene standards
• Order and store fresh and frozen food appropriately
• Complete requisitions and stock records
• Adapt to changing menus and deliver consistent presentation
• Monitor portion control and minimise waste
• Comply with Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation
• Build strong relationships across kitchen and FOH teams
