A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to join a charming hotel in the historic area of North Somerset.

Quartz Recruitment is working with their client, a wonderful hotel that offers guests a perfect place to stay and they look to employ staff that care and complement the friendly atmosphere.

The Job Role of Restaurant/Bar Supervisor
To offer guests an exceptional dining experience. In addition to providing food service to restaurant patrons. To lead the waiting staff whilst on their shift, and monitor waiting duties through to completion. To handle work-related problems and resolve them in a positive and professional way

The successful Restaurant/Bar Supervisor will have experience in a similar position and be looking for a new challenge.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of supervisory duties as this position will need someone to lead from the front and motivate those around them. Applicants who are looking for a step up that have the ability but have not yet been given the opportunity will be considered.

This position could offer live-in accommodation. The hours will be based on split shifts to include weekend work.
