About the Role

Chef de Partie – Barnstaple, North Devon
Salary: £30,875 per annum
Hours: 47.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join a busy, professional kitchen in Barnstaple. You’ll play a key role in preparing quality dishes, maintaining high standards, and supporting the smooth running of service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard
• Maintain your section and kitchen hygiene
• Manage stock and store deliveries correctly
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials
• Support junior staff and assist senior chefs
• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene procedures

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Passion for fresh, quality ingredients
• Good communication and initiative
