About the Role
Works Administrator / Coordinator – Temp to Perm – Barnstaple Salary: Up to £25,568 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Quartz Recruitment are recruiting a Works Administrator / Coordinator for our client in Barnstaple. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and supportive office team. The role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, giving you the chance to secure a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers, sub-contractors, operatives, and internal teams Raise and process work orders with accurate details and correct Schedule of Rates Organise appointments and schedule work efficiently, considering location, skills, and duration to meet KPIs Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive working relationships
Skills and Experience
Previous administration experience (essential) Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of repair or construction terminology (desirable but not essential)

Location
This role is based in Barnstaple, North Devon, and is commutable from Bideford, South Molton, Ilfracombe, Braunton and surrounding areas.
