Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to take the next step into a supervisory role? Join our well-established hotel in Bideford as a Trainee Food and Beverage Apprentice Supervisor, gaining hands-on experience and completing a formal hospitality qualification through Inspiro Learning. Live-in accommodation is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the smooth running of the restaurant, bar, and events
• Supporting the Food & Beverage Supervisor in delivering excellent service
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and welcoming guests
• Supporting junior team members and maintaining service standards
• Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are always met
The ideal candidate:
• Some hospitality experience (restaurant, bar or hotel preferred)
• Eager to learn and develop into a supervisory role
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Confident, friendly, professional, and a team player
