Location: Bideford, North Devon
Pay: £13 per hour (negotiable depending on experience)
Live-in accommodation available

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a well-established hotel in North Devon. This is the perfect role for someone confident, organised, and ready to take ownership of a busy Food & Beverage department.

The Role
• Serving and engaging with guests in the restaurant and bar.
• Leading a team of 20+ staff with a hands-on approach.
• Training and supporting staff to deliver excellent service.
• Managing rotas in line with business needs.
• Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Maintaining high standards in quality, hygiene, and health & safety.

The Person
We’re looking for someone who:
• Will need a hands-on approach and the ability to lead by example
• Has common sense, attention to detail, and confidence in decision-making.
• Remains calm and level-headed under pressure.
• Has proven experience in food and beverage operations.
• Enjoys leading a team and taking responsibility for standards and service.
