Quartz Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join a well‑established venue in Bideford. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working across both bar and restaurant service who takes pride in delivering friendly, attentive hospitality.
The Role
- Supporting both bar and restaurant service to a consistently high standard
- Providing warm, professional service and ensuring guests feel well looked after
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming front‑of‑house environment
- Assisting with stock rotation and general FOH duties
- Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team

A well established, successful family run manufacturing business in South Molton is looking to welcome a new Office Administrator to its friendly and supportive team.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an Office Administrator, Administrator, Office Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.

The Role
As Office Administrator, you will play a key part in the smooth day to day running of the office and act as a central point of communication across several departments.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing incoming and outgoing email correspondence
• Handling telephone calls professionally and confidently
• Processing customer orders and related documentation
• Liaising with the production team to ensure orders run smoothly
• Providing administrative support to sales, marketing, and purchasing
• Assisting with general office administration to keep things organised
This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same.
About You
This role would suit:
• A college leaver with an administration based qualification, or
• Someone with previous office administration experience who is looking for a stable, long term position
You will ideally have:
• A confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
