They are looking for a Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant to join their team. 

The Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant Job Role 
Purchase Ledger 
Preparing Profit and Loss Statements
Payments 
Reconciliations of Sales and Purchase Ledger 
Collating Timesheets and inputting onto a spreadsheet
Payments of PAYE 
C.I.S to HMRC
Quarterly VAT 
General Administration 
Run reports for End of Year Accounts
Taking Payments over the phone 
Emails and Message Taking 
Stationary 

The Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant Person Specification 
Previous Experience of Purchase Ledger 
Experienced in Sage Accounting 
Computer literate with Microsoft Office and Excel 
Focused with great attention to detail 
Friendly Customer Service skills able to build rapport easily 
Able to take accurate messages 

The Pay for the Purchase Ledger/Finance Assistant 
£10.00 per hour 

The Hours for the Purchase Ledger Finance Assistant 
9.00-5.00p.m Monday to Friday
