Job Role of Legal Secretary (Cover)
Audio Typing dictated work 
Copy Typing 
Maintenance of files 
Dealing with file related Queries either face to face or over the phone 
Deal with clients efficiently and politely 
General Office Administration 
Manage own work allocation, productivity and quality 

Person Specification for the role of Legal Secretary (Cover)
Self-Motivated and able to organise own work 
Able to deal with changing priorities 
Good time management, flexible approach to work 
Able to complete tasks and objectives within the timeframe

High standard of English Grammar and Spelling

Excellent Typing Speeds

Hours and Salary 
9.00 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.  Monday to Friday
