The Role - Team Manager
The Company
Quartz Accountancy and Finance are working with a well established chartered accountant to help them find a Team Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a firm that has a very motivated and friendly culture.
The Role
You will ensure that customer needs’ are met by keeping promises and meeting technical standards. You will oversee and offer staff professional development and training and generate work for the team. You will make sure that there are enough resources to complete the work at the right level to meet a deadline.
You will complete new staff induction and follow up review. You will complete records of staff training and know the next stage for them, monitor progress levels and implement study support where necessary.
You will manage clients and build a strong relationship with customers. You will develop and grow the business and identify new services which would appeal to existing customers.
The Person
The right candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified and have the desire to progress.
The firm is seeking someone who has a positive, can do attitude. You must be able to demonstrate a flexible approach to your work which promotes a constructive, problem solving culture and make yourself available within a reasonable timescale.
